It's been more than two years since I last posted anything and that's because I've been to busy to be remotely self absorbed enough.
Following my last post the geek charming and I decided we were ready for babies (both closer to 40 than we'd like time was ticking). We'd both been led to believe would be difficult for us to conceive as we'd both been in long term relationships that were unfruitful despite our partners having children from previous relationships. It took 3 whole weeks. To say we were over the moon was an understatement! We now have a gorgeous, smart and extremely funny 16 month old boy and we love him to the moon and back. We're perpetually tired but everything is still rosie.
So internet dating was a winner for us and three really is my lucky number.
